Shipping policy
1. Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Flat rate 20aed for shipping on all orders below 400AED
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over 400AED within UAE
3. Shipping Carriers:
- We primarily use Jeebly
4. Delivery Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress of your package.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Pet Accessories Wonder Shop is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (applies especially to international orders).
7. Damaged or Lost Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at paws.wondershop@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution.

- We currently only ship within the United Arab Emirates
